Project Background
This contract provides for the expansion of the RAC parking lot at the corner of Steilacoom Road and Marvin Road to include, but not limited to: Grading, paving, striping, stormwater, illumination, landscaping, CCTV infrastructure installation, electrical vehicle charging station installation, and other construction work. This contract has been awarded to Miles Resources, LLC.

Friday December 8th, the Steilacoom Road entrance to the Regional Athletic Complex will be closed from 9AM to 3PM, for vegetation removal and stormwater improvements. Expect delays in the area. Access to the Regional Athletic Complex will be available from the Marvin Road entrance.
