Residential Rental Registration Program

Properties in Lacey with five or more rental dwelling units in the same complex need to be registered annually with the City. All new buildings are required to be registered during the final inspection or certificate of occupancy process.

Registration fees

Registration fees are $5.00 per unit annually with a maximum fee of $500.00 per complex. Changes in ownership require a new registration.
