The City contracts with an online auction service to make purchase of surplus items available to the general public. Auction items can be viewed at www.PublicSurplus.com or using the button below.
Individual items are offered for a limited time period, and may or may not be listed again if left unsold. Shortly after an auction ends, successful bidders will receive an email from the auction company telling them they have submitted the winning bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility make final payment and to contact the City and arrange for pick-up. The City cannot ship purchased items to bidders.
All items are sold on an “as-is” basis, without guarantee to the accuracy of the description, present or future condition, or performance. No warranty other than ownership is expressed or implied, and all sales are final.
