Police Explorers

The Lacey Police Department is supported by a core group of dedicated volunteers consisting of the Police Explorers and Lacey Resource Officers.  Every year volunteers provide around 10,000 hours of support to public safety enhancement in the community.  If you are interested in a future career in law enforcement or would like to donate your time and talents in support of your community, please consider joining the Police Explorer program.

The Police Explorer program is for young individuals interested in law enforcement careers. Explorers are provided training, activities, and invaluable experience while assisting the Lacey Police Department.  If you are between the ages of 15 and a half and 21 and are interested in joining the Police Explorers, please contact us (see right for contact information).
