Project Background
This contract provides for a partial street reconstruction and hot mix asphalt overlay for a portion of 65th Ave SE in the Capitol City Golf Club Estates community. The work is to include bituminous surface planing, asphalt and concrete paving, ditch excavation, storm drain construction, adjustments of utility appurtenances, and other work.
Contract was awarded to Russ Construction and will be mobilizing on site December 1st.

Mobilization
We would like to inform you that construction of the Capitol City Golf Course – Stormwater Improvements project is scheduled to begin on Friday, December 01, 2023 and is expected to be completed early February, depending on weather.
This project will construct new stormwater facilities along approximately a 500-foot portion of the south side of 65th Ave SE in the Capitol City Golf Club Estates community. The improvements will also consist of a partial street reconstruction including hot mix asphalt overlay and minor concrete paving. Thank you for your continued patience as we complete this project
