Project Background

Update to the City of Lacey Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) 2023-2042.  The CFP provides an inventory, forecast of future needs based on the land use element, and proposed locations of expanded or new capital facilities related to water, sewer, stormwater and transportation infrastructure and general government facilities. This also includes a Government Facilities Master Plan which focuses on the facility needs of the Public Works; Animal Services; Administration and Public Safety; and Parks, Culture and Recreation departments over the next 20 years.
