Project Background
This contract provides for site preparation and installation of several Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at four distinct locations. Work will begin when materials arrive.
The City has awarded the construction contract to Elcon Corporation. If you have any coordination or construction issues you can contact the City of Lacey project inspector Dave Weissenfluh at 360-701-9015.

Mobilized - Community Center
Contractor, Elcon Corporation, will be starting construction this week. They are starting with the Community Center, which is the first of four locations. Work at this location should take a few weeks and we appreciate your patience driving in and out of this location. The next location will be the Library.
