Tolmie Park Estates Sewer ULID 25

Project Background
The City of Lacey along with the Tolmie Park Estates has created a sewer utility Local Improvement District (ULID) in your neighborhood. With the ULID a new sewer main will be installed in the roadway adjacent to your property and a new sewer service will be installed connecting the house to the new sewer main. For the duplexes located at 3342, 3404, 3412 and 3420 Eagle Dr NE, those properties are not included in the ULID, however, we will be providing sewer stubs to the new sewer main for future connection.
Update 5/24/2024
The water main installation is complete and is now in use. The Contractor has started installing the sewer laterals from the house to the road and will be connected when the sewer main is installed. The Contractor has paving the shoulder along Hawks Prairie Rd along with the road crossing at Eagle Dr tentatively planned for Wednesday, 5/29, weather dependent. The sewer main installation should start early June.
Hawks Prairie Rd NE at Eagle Dr NE will be reduced to one lane for paving on Wednesday, May 29th.
This contract was awarded on March 19 to Rodarte Construction, Inc. They will begin mobilizing onsite Friday, April 26th.

Hawks Prairie Rd NE at Eagle Dr NE will be reduced to one lane for paving on Wednesday, May 29th.

Lane Closure - Tolmie Park Estates Sewer ULID
Hawks Prairie Rd NE at Eagle Dr NE will be reduced to one lane for water line installation on Monday, May 6th for approximately one week.
Please use alternate routes if possible and expect delays. There are additional lane closures in the area that are noted on the included map.
Following completion of water line installation, this area will remain open until paving; notice will be provided for that closure at a later date.
