Hearings Examiner Holds Public Hearing
Andrew Reeves, Lacey’s Hearings Examiner, held an open record hearing to collect evidence related to the proposed subdivision to determine if the subdivision is consistent with State laws and Lacey’s development regulations and comprehensive plan.

At it’s regular meeting of August 19, 2021, the Lacey City Council took action to approve the project with conditions outlined in the written recommendation of the Lacey Hearings Examiner
