Site Plan Review Committee

The Site Plan Review Committee (SPR) reviews and interprets land-use regulations and makes decisions on site plan review applications for:

  • Commercial development
  • Industrial development
  • Public buildings
  • Multi-family projects

Meeting time

SPR meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month to hold pre-application conferences and site plan review meetings.  

How to request a conference

To request a pre-application conference, submit a completed Pre-Application Conference Request Form along with a site plan, vicinity map, and traffic generation worksheet.

Submission deadline

Completed forms and worksheets must be submitted by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the requested conference date.

Submittals can be emailed to planning@cityoflacey.org, or in-person or mailed to: Community and Economic Development, 420 College Street SE, Lacey, WA  98503.
